tweets may be stuck in 2025

when I download the HTML and I view it, the tweets are stuck last year. Although I haven't tried other accounts yet, but this certain account's archived data are missing some tweets even though I know that they posted more beyond 2025. So I'm asking, does waybacktweets only archive data from 2025 or it doesn't archive deleted data? Or is it because of the domain change?
