1. Open any manual test that includes link plugin on the master-it84 branch
2. Place caret on an existing link to attempt to edit/remove it

✔️ Expected result

The balloon with link options will show up

❌ Actual result

No balloon shows up regardless how much one is clicking on the link. The only way to edit/remove link is by using the toolbar button
