It says "For InstallCDT to work properly, /Library/Application Support/Developer/XCode/Shared/Specifications must be writable, and we detect that it isn't."

/Library/Application Support/Developer/ doesn't even exist!

OS: macOS Sierra 10.12 (Beta 4, but there's not much difference)

Xcode version is 8.2.1 (8C1002)

just for an extra note: the projects included in this repo do open, without errors, in this version of XCode.
