What happened?

Expected result

The cpu usage on newer artifacts should not be that high

Reproduction steps

  1. run server with artifact 12911
  2. see how much cpu it uses
  3. run server with artifact 12913+ (13227 tested in screenshots)
  4. see how much cpu it uses
