Derive macros

Adds support for custom field functions so that arbitrary types can be added to Unsealed and encrypted.

For example, to handle a field with a BTreeMap:

0.8.1 has just been released which fixes some minor issues including one where the ZeroKMS endpoint was not loaded correctly for self-hosted setups.
