I am working on packaging PWRU for Debian Linux, however, I need to ensure that all copyright and license information is properly declared. It's not clear to me what the copyright is on the logo. I see the following statement in the README:

The detective gopher is based on the Go gopher designed by Renee French.

Can you please clarify what the copyright on the logo is and what it's redistribution license would be?

The Gopher image is licensed under https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/.
