No longer maintained, use streamlink or youtube-dl instead.

@chrippa, could you please archive the project? Making this info VISIBILE on https://docs.livestreamer.io/ would be beneficial ⚠️ .
It makes no sense to keep the issues or pull requests open, if there is no feedback.
