As a user I want to be able to set a custom background to my Profile page so that my profile page feels more personalized

Acceptance Criteria

I should be given the option to choose from a predefined set of backgrounds, and once I chose I should see that background on my profile page.

Notes

We can investigate option to let the user set their own image as background.
