Modal Component

As a developer working on Habit Tracker I want a reusable modal component so that I can use it for areas of the app where a view change is necessary but a route change is overkill.

This component is necessary for some confirmation boxes (delete habit, delete user account...).
It could also be used for some forms (edit profile, login and register...).
