(front-end): Upward scrolling in "Select Version" modal

When browsing card versions with "Group by Source" toggle active and scrolling the list in reverse, the content jumps around frequently making the list hard to browse.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the "Browse versions" modal for any card.
2. Activate "Group by Source".
3. Scroll down a bit.
4. Scroll up slowly.

Hey, thanks for letting me know about this. It looks like this is a known issue in the virtualisation library used by the grid selector NightCafeStudio/react-render-if-visible#20, and a PR resolving the issue was raised a couple of years ago but hasn't been reviewed or merged yet NightCafeStudio/react-render-if-visible#21

I'm going to resolve this by vendoring in react-render-if-visible and applying the fix from that PR to our copy of the library
