Route graphs too narrow / zoom to January 2023 on mobile

Even with the recent improvements in #110, the graphs on the route stats pages are difficult to read on mobile devices because:

1. They are very narrow
2. They seem to zoom to center the January 2023 schedule change line and it's difficult to Zoom them out to see the whole thing

I am wondering if there are further Plotly tweaks we can make to address these. Perhaps we can at least make them readable if your phone is horizontal?

@lauriemerrell I wasn't seeing this exactly as you were when I looked on my iphone but I submitted a couple enhancements in #121 that I think make this easier to read on mobile.
