Text too small on high-DPI screens

I notice that running ChemBrows on my Macbook pro, which has a High-DPI retina screen, the text and UI elements in ChemBrows are too small. I'm attaching a screenshot. The text in the "main" article abstract window is quite large, but the rest of the text is too small. The UI elements are in general too small (buttons, option windows, etc).

I'm not sure I properly understand the issue. First of all, two things:

• You can resize the vertical splitter as you want:
  
• You can resize the text in the right area of the window (with the zoom buttons, or Ctrl + mouse scroll)

Maybe I didn't understand your problem. What is the resolution of your screen ?

The problem is simply that the text on the left side (the list of articles) is "too small" (i.e. not easy to read). This is a 13" macbook pro with a screen with a resolution of 2560x1600, so the problem is that text needs to be scaled to a larger size due to the higher DPI of the screen.

Duly noted, we are aware of the problem on high DPI screens. While developing ChemBrows, we hadn't access to such a screen. We still don't, so I can't test (for now) any solution to this issue. However, there is a system-side solution. Could you please try to:

• Click the app's icon so it's highlighted.
• Choose Get Info from the File menu
• Place a checkmark next to "Open in Low Resolution"

It should display the app at a lower resolution. Could you please tell me how it looks ?

Checking "open in low resolution" seems to have no effect at all.
