I couldn't look at the link above, so I don't know exactly what you had in mind.
Anyway, I think a preview could be good for review. So I suggest a review mode instead, where you can look at the translation and add comments to one or multiple translated strings. Then allow for this to be converted to a nice readable email and sent to the team list by opening the composer window of the default mail application (if the Languate-Team contains an email adress, that could be pre-populated so the user only have to press send, if no email adress is present it would be left blank). The idea to use the default mailer is to allow the user to add additional information to the mail.

Deckard (which is offline now) is a program to preview the strings using Glade ui files. So using this feature you will be able to see the aspect that your translation is going to have in the final user interface. (which is in my opinion awesome 😄)
