Chart no longer resizes correctly when enlarging the window #12177
Description
Expected behavior
Previously, when resizing the browser window, the chart resized correctly in both directions.
Current behavior
Now, the chart resizes only when the window is reduced, but it no longer enlarges when the window size increases.
