pdsh.spec is missing the 2.32 release parameters

Would you kindly add the 2.32 release parameters in pdsh.spec so that we can build an RPM package?

Release: 1%{?dist}

Sure, though I was thinking of deprecating the in-tree specfile in favor of per-distro spec files. For now we can keep pdsh.spec, though it is no longer autogenerated from META file.

#95 shows a new segfault in pdsh on OSX so there will likely be a 2.33 soon. Ok to fix it there?
