When we upload a video/image/audio file we only have 1 file upload with the max quality.

Expected behavior / Resultado esperado / Résultat attendu

When we upload a video/image/audio file we only have 1 file upload with the max quality and Chamilo
should create different formats in low quality for slow connections.
Example:

For video SD, HD, 2K, 4K, Source,
For image: SD, HD, Source
For audio: 128, 192, Source, etc

For now, we only handle image manipulations using the Glide library:

I think we can move this to v3
