Prevent users from uploading empty files

Current behavior

A student can upload a 0Byte sized file as an assessment.

Expected behavior / Resultado esperado / Résultat attendu

An upload of a 0Byte sized file should be refused (or a warning be emitted, or whatever...)
I have several students uploading 0Byte sized files, all of them were mistakes due to a badly created zip file.

Steps to reproduce / Pasos para reproducir / Étapes pour reproduire

Create a 0Byte sized file, upload it in the assessments section of a Chamilo instance.

Chamilo 1.11 ? (Where is it written, readable by a teacher ?)

That should not happen, in particular not in assessments, so I need to check the version, indeed. As a teacher, you can get the version by adding this to the root of your URL: http(s)://[domain]/documentation/changelog.html and look at the upmost version number on the page.

Could you try the same process on https://11.chamilo.org and let us know if you can reproduce it there? You can enter with admin/admin and later on use a user account from the admin list, no need to create an account.

Ok my bad, the zip file isn't 0 Byte, but doesn't contain any file. So the zip file is 4 Byte sized, so you can't detect easily it's faulty.
The best I can imagine, is to have a minimum size per file-type, and trigger a warning ("the file you are about to upload has a size of X Bytes and seems faulty, are you sure you want to upload it anyway?").
