Appears to not work with playwright and vitest

1. Setup vitest to use playwright
2. Setup vitest-axe
3. Attempting to use vitest-axe will fail with an error similar to 
    ```
    Caused by: TypeError: (0 , import_module.createRequire) is not a function

    ```
