Reolink autotracking: separate the camera-side capability from Frigate compatibility (#124 part 2, Reolink slice).

onvif_ptzandconfigs.frigate.autotrackingare intentionally left unset pending part 2 (community-sourced ONVIF-move / Frigate-compat data — Reolink → false, Frigate known-working → true). 16 non-PTZ cameras with autotracking mentions (digital/e-PTZ or fixed) were not migrated — flagged for manual review in #124.
Generated-artifact feature: each camera in the generated cameras.json (data/, docs/, and downstream mirrors) now carries an added date (YYYY-MM-DD) — derived at build time from git history (git log --diff-filter=A, with --follow fallback for renamed files). Per-camera source files are unchanged and the schema is untouched; added is provenance metadata injected after validation. Powers downstream "recently added" listings and RSS feeds. CI now checks out with full history (fetch-depth: 0) so the stale-artifact check reproduces identical dates.
ACTi catalogue completion — added 129 currently-orderable ACTi cameras that were missing from the dataset. Discovered by diffing ACTi's official product-roadmap (only AvailableToOrder=Available models) against our set, then extracted from ACTi's server-side spec-API (newPopupSpecifications.ashx + _value.ashx). Net: 2,101 -> 2,230 cameras (71 brands unchanged). ACTi coverage 119 -> 248.
- The entire L-series (L31/L33/L41/L43/L71/L73/L81/L83 + -P1 variants) — a current line we had zero of.
- More J-series (J71/J72/J73/J81), plus E-series, Z-series, A-series, B-series fixed/zoom bullets, domes, turrets, boxes/cubes and PTZ.

Hikvision — audited the 135 previously-unaudited entries against hikvision.com: removed 9 ghosts (nonexistent model numbers — e.g. the fictitious
DS-2CD2Nline, a box camera with an impossible IR suffix, ColorVu SKUs missing their mandatoryLsuffix) and 10 region-tagged duplicates, fixed 3 form-factor types + 2 TandemVu megapixel values, converted 4 mislabelled analog Turbo-HD entries toconnectivity: coax, corrected 1 typo'd model number, and stamped every survivor. -

Its stored specs (2688x1512, 4MP) exactly matched the realG4 Dome(UVC-G4-DOME), which was missing from the dataset entirely — replaced the ghost entry with the real product's full official spec (net camera count unchanged).
Every camera re-verified against techspecs.ui.com and/or store.ui.com, both fetchable directly for this brand (no PDF-export workaround needed, unlike ACTi). Corrections found, most serious first:
