Default admin permissions for cesium's emails

A member of CeSIUM's direction suggested we could make any address that ends with @cesium.di.uminho.pt should be admin by default.

We should probably restrict to department's emails.

And if we do implement super admin permissions as mention on issue #154 it should be given to our main email.

I'm not sure why you would enumerate our emails publicly. I would prefer it if you would delete this issue, not even sure if that's possible, and rephrase this.
Nothing against the idea, it's good.

This is a issue, so I can delete it If you prefer. I don't have a problem with it.

The info is not secret, I just don't like aggregating it in a public place like this.
I would rather if you would create a new issue to discuss this without our emails in there, but it's not up to me alone to decide that.
