cephadm-ansible is not compatible with Ubuntu 24.04

It appears that cephadm-ansible is not compatible with Ubuntu 24.04. The official Ceph repositories (https://download.ceph.com) do not provide a release for Ubuntu 24.04, making it impossible to install the required packages.

Additionally, I believe that using cephadm makes installing Ceph packages from repositories unnecessary, as cephadm is designed to handle the entire deployment and management process.

Would it be possible to update cephadm-ansible to reflect this and ensure compatibility with Ubuntu 24.04?
