Suggestion to remove "exchange data" from Framework section

In the Framework document, in the "interface (accessibliity)" factor, it says:

These provide the means necessary to find, access and exchange data.

I'm not sure exchanging data is the right word? I think simply "find and access" is enough. The previous handbook talked about "identify the data, locate the corresponding data repositories and interact with these repositories to retrieve the data".

Maybe something like "Search for collections, find and access data contained in those collections" might be better wording.
