Go tooling thinks the latest version is v1.13 #194

It seems that the Go tooling won't allow us to pull a later version of this package because the go.mod file does not rename the module to ...rain/v2. Could you please update the go.mod file so we can create dependencies on newer versions?

E.g., https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/cenkalti/rain

I tagged the new release as v2.2.1 . Let me know if that works.
