Loopback (experimental)

Enabling Loopback will set Rethink app to "Bypass DNS & Firewall".

Question:
What happen if we set DNS to other than Rethink then? I assume "Exclude" will also works for this case?

I enabled Loopback setting, because On-device blocklists download only work with that enabled on v0.5.5x (my case).
