Anime specific settings

Add a set of Anime-specific presets in FastFlix, with tuned CRF/QP ranges, default 10-bit, debanding enabled, and support for alternative metrics (SSIM/MS-SSIM) since VMAF isn’t reliable for animation. The presets should also consider common anime workflows (Opus stereo audio, ASS subtitle passthrough, shorter keyint, optional grain injection). This would make FastFlix much friendlier to the anime community, who currently rely on custom command-lines or StaxRip templates.

Give VidCoder a try, Its based on Handbrake but a lot easier to use and it works great with Anime as it keeps all the attachments/fonts/ext that FastFlix does not, Its also FREE.
