Deploy charts to an OCI registry #84
Description
OCI support of Helm charts is GA, as of Helm v3.8.0. All the major container registries are OCI-compliant and lots of projects have moved to support OCI-based charts.
A key benefit to this project would be the ability to sign charts with cosign, using sigstore for provenance verification.
This project already uses ghcr.io for hosting containers, so using ghcr.io for OCI-based charts is the natural choice.
