• Update stale “Signed in to Codex” / login success product strings if still present.
• Refresh docs that still title or frame current Every Code behavior as Codex CLI.
• Expand bare “Code” in docs prose where Every Code is meant.
• Preserve Codex references for OpenAI provenance, model names, telemetry compatibility, and legacy config explanation.
• Split high-risk UI/help/docs changes into reviewable PRs with appropriate snapshots/tests.

Completed in PR #192.

Updated the first high-confidence visible naming sweep: login success browser copy now says Every Code, getting-started no longer frames current onboarding as Codex CLI, and docs around exec, exec policy, skills, Auto Drive, prompts, agents, Zed integration, and stream chunking use Every Code for product prose while keeping code for command examples.

Deliberately preserved Codex references for upstream/provenance, model names, compatibility paths/env vars, and inherited log/crate names.
