[feature]: switch between the four color schemes

Right now it seems like it's not possible to use say a UI toggle and instantly switch between the four palettes?
Would it be possible to add that functionality?

Maybe what you could do is always generating CSS for all flavours and colours of them. https://unocss.dev/config/#safelist

Other than that, I'm not sure if I can make it a feature of the library? Not sure how that would work in extend mode, at least. If you know of any colour library that manages this, I'd like to see for reference.

I think there definitely is room for improvement, and the possibility to bring this feature to the library itself, but I can't think of a way currently (other than having custom rules (#3), which is pain in itself).
