Adding user guides go cloud guardrails

Problem to solve

Hello, this is my first time contributing on github, hope I am doing this right. My name is Benoit Larivee ([email protected]), I am a project manager for the Digital Communications and Collaboration Project at SSC. We helped most partners in the deployment of the security baseline. One of our technical SME (Cary Connolly) has developed some user guides that could be useful to both administrators and end users. We got asked for them a lot through the security baseline (cloud guardrails) session. We recently received the French translation of those documents and would like to make the French/English user guides available to all partners who seeks the guidance of the cloud guardrails. We would like to add them to Github but I am not sure how to proceed to add them. Can you please help me on how to add them?
