Index shards on S3 are not accessible

If I am not mistaking, the index shards on AWS S3 which you provide are not accessible to the public.

We are in the process of moving the index partitions out of S3, and will make them available through FTP/SFTP in the next couple of days. We'll post the links as soon as we have them. Sorry for the troubles.
