The "edit" button in the "Contact options" section is announced as a link, even though it is visually a button.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://muda.cambiatus.io/profile/user_profile'
2. Focus on the "edit" button in "Contact options" with NVDA
3. Notice it is announced as a link

Expected behavior
The control should have button semantics and be announced as a button.
