Initial Tasks for Codeowners

• Confirm CODEOWNERS file is correct
• Update the scope section within README
• Create first issues to work on (e.g. an initial API draft)

Additional for new independent Sandbox repositories:

• Agree on meeting schedule with your team (e.g. on the mailing list or within an initial meeting)
• Request a meeting link for your schedule from support@camaraproject.org
• Check the wiki page for your repository and update accordingly
