Fud2 config path cannot handle ~ as alias for home #2428

Was following https://docs.calyxir.org/running-calyx/fud2/index.html#configuration but after adding "~/calyx" as repo directory, fud2 failed to access the repo (could not run debugger for example). Only after changing to "home/calyx" did it work.
