feat: include `xanoscript` into the main repo generation

Currently there are two types of repos that are being generated.

1. regular json descriptions from Xano alongside with some dynamic README.md for those.
2. a xanoscript implementation that doesn't have all the insight of the regular json just yet.

Goal is to combine the current xanoscript generation to be part of the main repo. As a result the expectation is to generate a fully transparent Xano repository that showcases both the xanoscript and json representation of the code.

Tables, functions and api queries are included.

Remaining is to bring and process other items that are now available:

• MCP
• tools
• agents
• tasks
• etc

Now we have a support for each entity, but some items are stored in multiple folders. Needs alignment.

e.g.

tables are stored in dbo/* as their full json, but they are stored in table/* with their xanoscript
