Modify pipeline to allow for user-cropped videos

Currently the pipeline is setup assuming that the cropping section is used. i.e., "smooth_tracks" is used during inference to re-crop videos. The pipeline should allow for non-cropped videos or videos that are pre-cropped by the user ahead of time.
