Currently, there is only one IPR Agreement, and it is attached to the Bylaws as Exhibit A. This makes it difficult to manage different situations for different types of relationships with the Forum-- e.g. one for Members, one for Individual Interested Parties, and one for Interested Parties that are Organizations. (The Forum should transition to a Membership Agreement model that incorporates the IPR Policy.)
If an "IPR Agreement" is to remain referenced in the Bylaws as Exhibit A, then we should change the wording of Section 5.5 to accommodate versions A-1, A-2, A-3, etc. for these different situations. For example, the language could be amended to say something like, "such member must sign and submit the appropriate IPR Policy Agreement, as indicated in Exhibit A".
