希望作者添加配置文件热加载的功能。
即 reload 和 test检测

当config.json 发生变动时，比如添加了资源列表。需要先 test 跟nginx 类似。
然后再 raload 不导致现有的程序断开，重新读取config配置。

不然每次都要断开程序重新推流。

还有那个允许跳转到指定的资源ID 。因为跳过资源对于一两个列表来说比较简单。如果过多的话会很麻烦
