encode配置如下：

B站推流中无论如何设置仍然是25FPS：

其他配置参数如bit_rate、video_height、video_width等，却又可以正常调用

我的fps 一样 设置了30 仍然是默认的25 。感觉不像是源的问题。

4:3的视频显示也会被强制拉伸为16:9，设置分辨率也没有效果
