I can't create indexes

I use the command :

./scripts/2_create_indexes/musdb18/create_indexes.sh

When it came to 37th h5 file , it raised an exception like this:

And the directory music_source_separation-master/workspaces/bytesep/indexes is empty.

How can I solve this problem?
