We need a way for people to discover possible attributes for each HCL block.
Common questions users wonder - "What other possible attributes are present in OCI block?" , "Can I add LD flags for building my Go app?".

We should let user run bsf man oci so that they can look at the description(from comments) and fields available(types, examples).

As an additional/bonus, it would be great if we can generate markdown doc out of it so we can update the website docs.
