Description
Description:
There is an inconsistency in the primary and secondary colors used across the application's user interface. Elements like active icons, tabs, and selection highlights seem to use slightly different shades.
Issue Details (Current Behavior):
When navigating through the app, the colors for functional elements are not uniform. The primary accent of color can be a slightly different shade from the one used in another element.
Proposed Solution (Expected Behavior):
A standardized primary and secondary color palette should be defined and applied consistently to all relevant UI elements. Based on a well-designed icon in the "Movies, series" sections, I have identified a color palette you can use and created a Photoshop mock-up to visualize a more unified design.
The suggested colors are:
- Primary:
#2196f3 - Secondary:
#111418
User Benefit / Rationale:
- Visual Cohesion: A strict color scheme makes the app look significantly more polished and thoughtfully designed.
- Brand Identity: It helps in establishing a stronger and more recognizable visual identity for the app.
- Improved UX: A predictable color language (e.g., "this specific blue always indicates a primary action") helps users understand and navigate the interface more intuitively.
