Unfortunately, it's not real-time. On a GeForce RTX 2080 super I'm getting about 3000 samples / sec so it's roughly 5.3x slower than real-time. However, if you added some of the optimizations used in the WaveRNN paper I'm sure you could get close to real-time performance.
I want to use it on cpu do real time voice conversion, I don't know whether the model fits my task.
