Describe the bug

The 'Augsburger Hohes Friedensfest' in short 'Friedensfest' at 8. August is only celebrated in the city of Augsburg. The configuration Germany, BY (Bavaria) is not granular enough.

I'm sorry, but this seems to be a quite rare request. I'd advise you to add the holiday manually. (Issue's resolved)
