This PR updates dependencies in the NPM project under
crates/brioche-core/runtime. I rannpm audit fix, which should clear all the outstanding Dependabot alerts.After reviewing the affected dependencies, I believe there is no security impact on Brioche itself (and in general, the
runtimeproject should have pretty minimal contact with anything security-sensitive). But I felt that it would be better to update things anyway, if for no other reason than to clean up the outstanding Dependabot notifications.
