Description:

Block 'Switch to App' Notices setting is not applied because the Desktop Site version is used on iPad by default.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Brave on iPad
  2. Three-dot menu > Settings > Brave Shields & Privacy
  3. Scroll down and find Block 'Switch to App' Notices > Turn it OFF
  4. Close the settings and go to any of these websites: https://linkedin.com, https://reddit.com, https://twitter.com or https://google.com/maps
  5. Observe that no bottom sheet pop-up is shown saying that you can continue using the browser or open it in the app

Actual result:

Block 'Switch to App' Notices setting is not applied because the Desktop Site version is used on iPad by default. If the user wants to see that pop-up message, they must switch to Desktop Site manually for each separate website.

This issue applies to iPhones as well, but by default all websites are using Mobile Site, so to get this issue reproduced, users must do the opposite steps.
