Favicons missing after opening in new private tab #38405

Description

Opening favorites in new private tab will remove the favicon.

Steps to reproduce

  1. New install
  2. Long press on favorite, select Open in New Private Tab
  3. Switch back to normal mode
  4. Observe favorite

Favicon should not be missing
