Support Node 24

Running:

bt functions push --if-exists replace --runner bun evals/registrations.ts

Returns the following:

Push registrations.ts to <redacted> yes
✗ Failed to push registrations.ts
error (upload_slot_failed): failed to request code upload slot: request failed (400 Bad Request): Unsupported node version "24.3.0". Supported versions: 18, 20, 21, 22
error: functions push failed; see summary for details
If this seems like a bug, file an issue at https://github.com/braintrustdata/bt/issues/new and include `bt --version`, `bt status --json`, and the command you ran.

The CLI should probably use semver and not explicit opt-ins to major versions of Node.js

Support for node 24 has been added by AWS in November but we haven't updated yet.
