Currently, Allmaps branding is limited to the SVG icon and Allmaps name (also a link) in the catalog#show>sidebar panel's card footer:
This is quite similar to previous GeoBlacklight 3rd party "tools" (CartoDB, etc.).
Is this current design sufficient for branding this feature/service? Do we want additional acknowledgement of the Allmaps platform elsewhere on the page?
