Describe the bug
When the app can't locate the current location due to the lack of permission, a wrong prompt will be given.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

install openbikesharing and open app
click the map icon in the upper right corner
click the positioning icon in the upper right corner
prompt "location not found"

Expected behavior
Location permission should be requested.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: HUAWEI nova 5 pro
OS: HarmonyOS 2.0.0
Version: 1.10.0

You could try https://github.com/francoisfds/BikeSharingHub, to see if it resolves the problem. (This app doesn't seem to be developed actively anymore)
