Add the option to number the title

There should be an option to have the title numbered. If that option was set, \printnomenclature should use \chapter or \section instead of their asterisk-versions \chapter* and \section*.

I've just spent hours researching how to do that, just to come to the conclusion that it's not possible (except for some weird hacky solution which I don't like)
